Villa Joutsenrinne is a light and airy modern log cabin, facing south over Lake Viipus. The living area is a generous 135 m2, on two levels. The lover level (90 m2) features a large open solution kitchen-dining-living area – perfect for large numbers – two bedrooms and an atmospheric sauna department that includes double shower units and a separate toilet. The latest audio-visual equipment helps set the mood, but can equally be used to present budgets and corporate strategies.
Upstairs you will find amazingly spacious and practical sleeping quarters for all your family and guests. The photos tell the story.
Nor have the youngest visitors been neglected. The villa comes complete with baby cot, feeding chair and even a proper potty. Older children will enjoy the Wii game console.
For winter fun, the storeroom holds ice fishing equipment, pull sleds, and snow shoes. There is direct access to publicly maintained cross-country ski tracks from the lakeshore, and the downhill slopes are Ruka are nearby.

Stay at Villa Joutsenrinne for as little as 170 €/night. Minimum stay 3 nights. Please make your reservation at least three days before intended arrival. Bed sheets, along with hand and bath towels will be all at the villa. End of stay cleaning service per separate arrangement.

On agreeing a reservation with us by email or telephone, you will receive an invoice by email, which provides the full address, driving directions, as well as account information for payment by bank transfer.
The rental conditions become binding for both sides once the guest has confirmed the reservation by depositing the reservation fee. The reservation fee is 300 €, to be paid within one week after making the reservation. The balance of the rent is due at least one month before the agreed date of arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full rent amount is due on reservation.
Payments are by bank transfer against the invoice we send. We regret we cannot accept credit or debit card payments.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations in case the payment terms are not fulfilled.

You may cancel your reservation at your own discretion. The following conditions apply:
Should the person that made the reservation, or an immediate family member, become seriously ill, suffer a major accident or die, the reservation may be cancelled for a 75% refund, unless the stay at the villa has already commenced. Such cases of illness or injury must be documented by a medical authority.
In the case of force majeure, such as fires, natural disasters or other calamitous acts of God, we reserve the right to cancel confirmed reservations, which will be fully refunded. Should the force majeure happen during a stay at the Villa, the refund will cover the days remaining in the agreed stay.
The Villa is at our guests’ disposal from 6 pm on the date of arrival until 12 noon of the final day of the stay.
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. The Villa is strictly non-smoking. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Open fires are not allowed around the Villa, except in the barbeque pit.
You will find further helpful notes both in the Villa itself on arrival, and in the reservation confirmation sent to you.
Guests must inform us of any damage done by any in their party to the Villa and its contents, and are financially liable for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items.
As Owners, we are not liable for damage to guests’ property due to unforeseeable exterior factors, or causes beyond our control, such as power cuts and severe weather conditions.
